We offer a full refund of our £45 service fee any time before we submit your tax to the DVLA. If for any reason we're unable to complete your submission, we'll refund you in full automatically — no forms, no follow-up.

Once the tax is submitted, the DVLA portion is non-refundable (it's already gone to them on your behalf). Our service fee remains refundable on a case-by-case basis if you've experienced a service failure on our end.
