RoadTaxEasy is the data controller for personal data you provide through this service. We're a UK company registered in England & Wales.

• Name, email, phone number and address
• Vehicle registration and reference numbers (V5C, V11, new keeper slip)
• Date of birth, where required for the DVLA submission
• Payment metadata (we never see or store your card details)

To submit your road tax to the DVLA, contact you about your submission, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

The DVLA (to perform the tax), Paddle (our payment processor and Merchant of Record), and our hosting and database providers under written data-processing agreements. We never sell your data.

We retain submission records for 7 years to meet HMRC obligations, then securely delete them.

Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, and to complain to the ICO. Contact us at support@roadtaxeasy.example.
